The Midgards-Messer Nerthus is Midgards’ first back-locking folder, making use of the NSCM New Security Closing Mechanism which provides the security of an additional lock – holding blade both open or closed by use of a secure screw-in bolt through the handle and the blade
Designed by Dirk Hoffmeister, this is a beast of a knife which is sure to have a great following amongst those who appreciate the stand-out quality of his designs.
The hefty D2 blade measures 8.2cm, with a full-length fuller groove, and is set off to perfection in a titanium handle, with blue anodised titanium accents. The one-sided titanium pocket clip is engraved to compliment the pattern on the handle scales, and the back spacer, also in titanium, is engraved with the Hoffmeister signature.
This is one seriously over-built knife, and certainly one for the serious collector.
